Do what you love…while you can. The phrase above applies well in my case because I truly love riding motorcycles. I have been riding since 2019 but it was until late 2022, after reading a book that I got really interested in long trips, just like the one I did in Arizona. I realized that I am no longer in my 20s or my early 30s and if I want to live a happy life, I have to act on what I love and it has to be NOW. Read more>>
Confidence. Growing up in Arizona, I struggled a lot with confidence and used to get bullied for being the shortest kid in my class. I ended up finding confidence through performing on stage: in musicals, a cappella groups, and hip-hop dance teams. I operate on the core value that I am my sister’s keeper. After a personal tragedy, I experienced the profound impact that nature and scent had on improving my emotional and physical well-being. I also was fortunate to be surrounded by amazing women, who encouraged and uplifted me. Read more>>
We started Hagen Farms as a family project. We wanted our children to know the value of work and how to earn their own money. They all helped plant the citrus trees and helped care for them. In the beginning, we had the kids pick the fruit to sell to family and friends so they could earn their own money. Now that we have grown and the kids have grown, they help with sales, marketing, and all aspects of our family business. Read more>>
