What’s the right work-life balance for you?

Our community is filled with hard-working, high achieving entrepreneurs and creatives and so work-life balance is a complicated, but highly relevant topic. We’ve shared some responses from the community about work life balance and how their views have evolved over time below.

When it comes down to balance, I hone in on my emotions. With me, it’s the core of a balanced life. It’s not something I figured out right away. It’s even possible I started out far behind the curve. After taking considerable time out to look after my two children I wanted to climb back into the creative field. However, this coincided with a marriage breakdown and I became a single parent. I have learned a lot of life lessons from being an entrepreneur who works from a home studio and also a full time parent.
