As a parent I feel that breastfeeding & bed-sharing have played a big part in my baby’s development. Breastfeeding is helping him build a better gut & immune system, boosting brain development, & giving him all the nutrition he needs. Conscious parenting has been THE most important thing we have done for our kids, hands down. We started with healing our own trauma and triggers and then really taking a moment to process through each event before reacting. They have witnessed a lot of my failures, my frustration, sometimes anger, but they’ve also seen grit, determination, perseverance, and overwhelming happiness when they see everything that has been going wrong, finally go right. As a parent of 5 daughters, my hope was always to lead by example, especially in my business life. I wanted to show them that dreams are achievable, that facing fears and insecurities makes you stronger and humbles you, and that hard work will always pay off eventually. Sometimes the payout is immediate other times it takes quite a while. Stay the course! Learn, grow, experience new things and be fearless. Read more>>
