Tim Miles | Sports Photo and Videography

Photography is so readily available via smartphones. Group photos are the most desirable so they can tag friends. It’s difficult to quickly deliver high quality pictures. As I’ve expanded my business, I’ve worked on improving my workflow, and use automated tools to provide faster turnaround for photos. This has definitely helped balance that work life scale. Work life balance, well 2 and a half years ago my wife and I decided to build and open up our own training facility. I can’t think of anything else I would rather do. I am Neurodivergent, and tend to hyperfocus on the things I love. I consider it a superpower! Read more>>

I spent 19 years building a small business and for the majority of those 19 years my work life balance was about 95% work and 5% life and I thought that it was necessary to spend 60-85 hours a week at the office in order to be successful and that my business would fail if I changed my schedule or cut my hours down.  Read more>>
