We had the good fortune of connecting with Tasha Blasi and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tasha, we’d love to hear more about your end-goal, professionally.
My ultimate goal is to revolutionize the IVF industry for the benefit of patients. Currently, IVF patients face such a disadvantage because they lack knowledge about the protocols and strategies that would best suit their unique biology (like I did when I did nine egg retrievals and ten transfers for my two children). The primary reason for unsuccessful IVF outcomes is often attributed to poor egg quality in women.

In my consulting experience, however, I’ve observed that the primary factors contributing to the typical lack of success in IVF include the selection of an inappropriate protocol by the doctor for the patient, subpar handling of embryos in the labs, patients not having identified the true underlying reasons for their difficulty in getting and staying pregnant, and a lack of knowledge regarding the best practices for optimizing egg retrievals and embryo transfers for success.

This is crucial information that IVF patients need to be aware of so that they can engage in more informed conversations with their doctors. To help with this education process, I provide free resources such as the “IVF Uncovered Podcast” and encourage individuals to take the “Your IVF Person Quiz” on my website: www.TashaBlasi.com. In May 2024, we will be launching a revolutionary product designed to teach IVF patients their perfect protocols and strategies.

By the end of my career, my aspiration is for the education and support I provide to women undergoing IVF to be considered as essential as requiring bloodwork for anyone pursuing IVF.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
What sets me apart is the formula I’ve crafted for IVF protocols and strategies, drawing insights from global IVF clinics and collaborating with one of the most brilliant fertility doctors. My mission is my driving force – to empower patients with knowledge, making them better advocates for their IVF journey. I aspire to build a community where they find genuine love, support, and confidence through clarity on their treatment plans, optimizing both body and mind for pregnancy and motherhood.

The moments that make me proudest are when women share how my education and support have empowered them to advocate for better IVF treatments and navigate their journey with newfound confidence.

My journey here involved making mistakes, learning hard lessons, and overcoming challenges that tested my commitment. If not for the mission driving me, I might have considered quitting. Building a business has been humbling, stressful, and exciting, occupying my thoughts from dawn to dusk. Despite that, I’ve established routines to balance my focus and dedicate time to my young family, husband, and faith.

In overcoming business challenges, I hold onto two principles: the more painful the lesson, the more it propels me forward, and the conviction that I am called and qualified for this work, making giving up unthinkable.

I’ve amassed numerous lessons – from the hardships of entrepreneurship to discovering unexpected strengths and acknowledging areas for growth. I want the world to recognize and nurture their God-given gifts. To achieve extraordinary things, one must embrace extraordinary challenges, facing and solving them to become extraordinary.

As I look ahead, there’s much more to come from my brand and my story. I never imagined being in a position to contribute to changing a billion-dollar industry for the betterment of patients. I’m excited and curious for the journey ahead.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If I were to have my best friend visiting the area, we would need a lot of time for talking, so our day would look something like this:

Morning:
Hike at Camelback Mountain]

Coffee or Breakfast:
Head to a local coffee spot or breakfast joint for a post-hike treat. I would suggest Cartel Coffee Lab or Lux Central for coffee, or Matt’s Big Breakfast for a hearty breakfast.

Late Morning / Early Afternoon:
Shopping at Biltmore Fashion Park to look around and maybe buy a shirt for dinner that night.

Lunch:
We would lunch at a local restaurant like Chelsea’s Kitchen where we could also get a cocktail (I love a drink at lunch when I am on vacation).

Next is the spa!
We would go to Arizona Biltmore Spa for a treatment (my favorite is a deep tissue massage)

Dinner:
I like great food and casual but good vibe so I would probably take her to FnB Restaurant.

Then head back to the hotel and continue to talk until we fell asleep.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
The person I want to dedicate my shoutout to is Sarah Walton. She was the first coach I hired when I realized I wasn’t pursuing my true calling. At the time, I doubted whether everyone had a unique mission in life. Now, I believe we all do if we choose to find it, and Sarah played a pivotal role in helping me discover mine. In 2016, she suggested I become a fertility coach. I told her that was not a thing. She gave me a 90 day plan on how to make it a thing. While my business evolved, I worked with various coaches to address changing needs, and I currently have a different coach based on my current challenges. I have learned so many valuable lessons from all of them, but without Sarah Walton, I wouldn’t be doing what I am today.
