We had the good fortune of connecting with Jennifer Nielson and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jennifer, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
My journey of healing from my own trauma lead me to creating a business to help others do the same. I have a unique perspective and training that has enabled me to help countless women find freedom and peace. I do this through retreats, one on work and group coaching.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am the founder of Let it Glow and The Dig – a process to help you break free from the prison within. I am a healer, life coach, speaker, podcaster and retreat guru.
Any great local spots you’d like to shoutout?
I would take her for a hike in the desert, Peralta Trail is one of my favorites. We would grab Mexican food after and then we would head to Scottsdale and do some shopping and stay at hotel there for the night. We would get a massage at one of the many spas out there and then enjoy a day by the time pool. We might even squeeze a float down the Salt River.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My husband, Talan Nielson my photographer and assistant, Kim Skinner
