We had the good fortune of connecting with Amy Parker and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Amy, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Being driven and motivated to put in the work and time needed to be successful!

What should our readers know about your business?

In real estate, I sell the same amount of volume as busy teams at big brokerages. I handle all aspects of the transaction, from the initial meeting with the client, to closing. My clients love that the owner and Designated Broker of the company handles all aspects from start to finish, and doesn’t pass the ball to various agents or transaction coordinators throughout the transaction.

I opened my second business, A&A Manor, in May 2022. After almost 20 years in the real estate industry, I had completed hundreds of photoshoots as part of advertising my successful real estate business. I initially went to makeup school to learn professional makeup for myself for all of my Brokerage’s Photoshoots and Events!

One of the reasons I bought A&A Manor was for my own real estate photography and marketing needs. I no longer had to hunt for Photoshoot locations at local mountain trails and parks that were not private at all! After completing several Photoshoots at our location and seeing various photographers mouth dropping reactions to our beautiful property, we decided to open our Manor up to others for their Photoshoot needs! With my photoshoot experience as a top ranking Broker and Makeup Artist, it only made sense to create a one stop shop for photoshoots! I created a Team of professional photographers, hair, and makeup artists, and A&A Manor was born!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I’d definitely take a visitor to hike some of the amazing mountain trails the Phoenix area has to offer! I also always love to take out of towners to Fountain Hills to check out the Fountain and walk around the area. The Wrigley Mansion and Taliesin West are also my go-to places to take friends who are new to AZ. Old Town Scottsdale is always a fun time, also taking a guest to see what downtown Phoenix has to offer is a must! A Diamondbacks game, wine tasting, or a downtown festival/concert is always a wonderful time!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My husband and family! Without their support, I wouldn’t have been driven to start multiple businesses.
