There’s a ton of research around how setting habits can help us conserve energy because it reduces the number of decisions we have to make in a day.  However, not all habits are created equal and so we’ve asked our community to tell us about the habits they have been most effective for them.

This is a great question because it brings up a very important part of success, which is daily habits. You create success habits in your life, and you will see how your life can change. There are so many I can think of but I will narrow it done to 5. 1. The first habit I would have to say that made a big difference in my life is creating a morning ritual. In the morning do certain things that will help you set up your day and make the most out of it. A lot of people will just wake up and do random things than can have an off day. Once you create a morning ritual, you can be more intentional when you wake up and ready for your day. 2. Start working out. Being positive is of the upmost importance for success. Not only do people notice your mood or energy, but they pick it up. When teaching my clients I like to give positive and encouraging feedback and to also celebrate the little wins, like conquering a challenging move. In regards to my massage clients, it is important for me to always be kind and positive while they are on the table. It is incredibly vulnerable position to be in, and i want to make sure I am only putting out positive energy for them to take with them. Finally, remaining optimistic is important for you as well.
