Meet Addie Hidalgo | Owner, CEO of AZ Body Bar

We had the good fortune of connecting with Addie Hidalgo and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Addie, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind my success has been building genuine relationships and staying aligned with my purpose. I focus on creating an experience not just a service, where people feel cared for, seen, and supported.

What should our readers know about your business?
My business was built with the intention of creating a space that feels both transformative and welcoming. A place where wellness, and holistic services come together. What sets us apart is that we don’t just offer services; we create experiences rooted in intention and connection. Every client is treated as an individual, and everything we do is designed to support both physical results and overall well-being.

I’m most proud of the community I’ve built. From clients who have trusted me since day one to students who have gone on to build businesses of their own, the impact goes far beyond the treatment room. Being able to educate, mentor, and empower women has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey.

Getting to where I am today wasn’t easy. While the growth may look smooth from the outside, it took consistency, sacrifice, and a lot of learning along the way. There were long days, and challenges that forced me to grow both personally and professionally.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that success isn’t about perfection it’s about persistence. You don’t need to have everything figured out to start, but you do need to believe in yourself enough to keep going. I’ve also learned the importance of boundaries, alignment, and staying true to your values as you grow.

What I want the world to know about my brand and my story is that it’s built on purpose, passion, and heart. Everything I’ve created comes from a desire to help others feel confident, cared for, and empowered. If my journey shows anything, it’s that when you stay consistent, trust yourself, and lead with integrity, you can build something meaningful and lasting.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I’d take them to my favorite resort in Scottsdale, The Montelucia. Have a pool day. Go have dinner at Pinyon. Shop at fashion square, of course take her to my spa to get a head spa either at my Scottsdale quarter location or Gilbert. Take a yoga class at lifetime, and if she was up for a day trip I’d take her to my absolute favorite place Sedona.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I truly wouldn’t be where I am today without my family. Their constant encouragement & belief in me through every season has meant everything. Also, the women I’ve met along my journey, fellow entrepreneurs, clients, and students, who’ve inspired me, and believe in me. Having people who truly believe in your vision especially in the early stages makes all the difference. I’m incredibly grateful for those who took a chance on me and continue to grow alongside me.
