We had the good fortune of connecting with Allan Begosso and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Allan, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
To do what you want to do and make your dream come true you always gonna take a risk. Life is a risk. I always put my self on fire and I like when i am until now. So, every fight, every day I’m gonna take risk to make my dream come true

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I had childhood like a lot kids in Brazil surround of fights, playing on the street and growing with bad things. My mom always work a lot with my stepfather and they fight a lot too when they was in our house. At this time I don’t have good relationship with them just with my mom to be honest but not like now. It wasn’t easy at all, when I was with 6/7 years old I stay in the street the whole day. After a lot work my mom decide to move to another neighborhood which was better. And was there I start training and fight, at this time I had a lot problems with my older sister too, she had a lot seizures and me and my mom was always in the hospital with her.

I was training with some friends in some concrete space when one of them Rafael Ventura which was training with Anderson Braddock Big name in the fight game saw me there and invite me to go to the gym. Then I started training there and competing kick boxing and later soon I started training BJJ where I had a success in the most regional tournaments. After that my First bjj coach introduce me to my first MMA and Boxing Coach Anderson Nogueira and then I started training MMA. I did few fights amateur and later turn professional but at this time I was broke and my last fight there in December, 2017, I broke my hand and I needed to do 3 surgery and the shows over there pay really bad. So, I was without money and I have to stop one year to do all the surgeries that was one of the most important moment in my career because it was when I realize I need to leave Brazil to get better opportunity because my dream always is be world champ on UFC.

End of 2018 after all the surgeries me and my wife decide to sell everything we had in Brazil and come to Sacramento to train at Team Alpha Male to try new and better opportunity. We had really tough times together without money, without nothing. We struggle a lot until I get this opportunity on LFA. And now things getting better I’m here and that’s gonna be my fight number 4 in this excellent organization. I really appreciate my team, my manager and my family for all support.

Im kinda quiet guy and I don’t do a lot trash talk in my fights but I like to go inside the cage and knock people out and show the world why I’m here and I’m not playing around. that’s a little piece of my history, I have much more to say and talk but you guys can follow my journey to know me better. Ill be world champ soon.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I loved to go to the lakes, specially in the summer now. I should bring him/her to one of those lakes. I love to enjoy good and try new culture foods then probably I’m gonna take him/her to some spot I never been before and we can have new experience together. I love to hang out with my dogs too and have some fun. I love to do BBQ in my house and invite close friends
