We had the good fortune of connecting with Bryan Leblang and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Bryan, can you tell us more about your background and the role it’s played in shaping who you are today?

Though I didn’t realize it when I was young, both my parents were entrepreneurs and it seemed to leave an impression. I had the opportunity early in my career to develop in a corporate environment or partner with a good friend and spearhead an entrepreneurial venture. I chose the latter and have never looked back. Being able to shape both your own future and the world around you is integral to entrepreneurship, and I believe brings a healthy balance to modern life.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

LuxGive was founded to help empower positive change. My co-founders and I spent our professional careers building some of the most recognizable names in luxury travel, specifically in villa rentals. After creating brands like Luxury Retreats & onefinestay, we came together to utilize our extensive industry experience for a new idea, something we thought would be a company ‘for good’.

After helping hundreds of thousands of guests enjoy unforgettable experiences at the world’s greatest properties., we know that travel is life-changing, LuxGive is about using such travel experiences to inspire, not just the imagination, but to inspire donations to non-profits around the world.

LuxGive Experiences are used by non-profits at charity auctions or via raffles to help raise money, Organizations find that our travel experiences provide the most effective means to reach their donors and reach their fundraising goals, and that makes us smile. The unique element of our Experiences are the luxury properties and services included. Our portfolio includes a wide range of options, from Caribbean Villas, to European Getaways. Ski Weekends, and African Safaris.

We’re motivated by our partner’s success, and are very proud to have raised over $3 million dollars for non-profits. last year. It’s truly lovely to be able to harness the power of our industry for good 😉

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.

We keep three offices at LuxGive, Atlanta, New York & Montreal. To take a tour of our company culture, I’d have to visit all three. Starting in Atlanta, where Zoo Atlanta is one of our company’s friends and a can’t-miss attraction. Spend the night after a meal at the Varsity for hot-dogs and french fries. World of Coke the next day and a pulled-pork sandwich at Fat Matt’s. Head to the airport and we’re on our way to NYC. First stop, Union Square for the farmer’s market and we’re headed for a walk on the Highline, the best elevated garden in New York. Dinner at Casa Mono for Spanish fare and we’re up for breakfast at Ess-a-Bagel for a toasted everything with cream cheese. On the plane to Montreal where we’ll get different bagels at St-Viateur, and then a smoked meat sandwich for dinner.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?

No success is possible without strong teamwork. After 20 years in the luxury hospitality industry, I have had the chance to work alongside countless talented colleagues, but I continue to be amazed by the professionalism and graciousness of our wonderful team at LuxGive.
