We had the good fortune of connecting with Daniel Guajardo and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Daniel, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind our business is the positive impact we have on our clients. Clients come to us for a certain service, whether it be window cleaning, pressure washing or auto detailing; however, our hope is that our authenticity, transparency, and kindness leave a positive, lasting impression that goes beyond the quality work that we were hired for. We really desire to build a relationship with our clients, and there are many that we have been able to do just that. These relationships are what make us successful and being able to leave a positive impression on our clients is what satisfies us at the end of each day.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
We are a family-owned, professional services business that provides pressure washing, window cleaning and auto detailing. We, my wife and I, started this business after years of being a partner with another professional in the same service field; however, we just wanted more for our family than we felt like our small percentage of ownership in the other business could provide. We also wanted more power over the amount of people we reach and the ability to continue on as another company that builds life-long relationships with its clients. We knew starting and running a small business would not be easy and would be very trying at times, but we felt that it would be worth it in the long run. Starting a business with two daughters under 3 years of age has been difficult; however; it has also brought us so much joy having them by our side every step of the way and being able to see their little pieces of involvement even at such a young age. They also are a joyful reminder why we work so hard and continue on, even when things get tough. The biggest lesson we have learned is to not rush things. We have seen so much more success in taking our time and taking one step at a time, even when we would have preferred to be so much farther along in our business ventures. We have overcome the challenges of starting and owning a business by staying focused, but also knowing when to slow down, having the support we need and working as a team, combining our knowledge and wisdom and learning new things together, never letting the struggles drive a wedge between us but instead bringing us closer together. We strive to build and own this business in a way so that it makes a difference in each our clients’ lives and builds a life-long relationship. We stand firm in authenticity, transparency and kindness.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Arizona has so much to offer. I don’t think there is even enough time to explore all that there is. However, a week long visit from somebody we love would include things like horseback riding in north Scottsdale, scenic drives through Fountain Hills, maybe even hikes like Camelback Mountain, Pinnacle Peak, McDowell Mountain, or shopping around at some of the unique shopping centers like Scottsdale Quarter, Desert Ridge, Oldtown Scottsdale. If they have kids, things like the zoo, aquarium, McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park, splash pads, LEGOLAND Discovery Center. Also, the list would definitely include indulging in all of the good food. Some of our favorite restaurants would include Isabella’s Kitchen, Tacos Chiwas, DSweets Raspados, Hash Kitchen, Black Rock Coffee Bar, Dutch Bros Coffee, LoLo’s Chicken & Waffles…the list really could go on. We love to enjoy a good meal and drinks, with good company.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
We would not be where we are at today, personally or professionally, without a few very important people. First, and foremost, we have an amazing God who parts waters for us. Our daughters, two beautiful angels, that have taught us so much about ourselves, about life and keep us going, mentally and physically, even when things get tough. We also have a few very special family members on both sides of our family that have loved us, supported us, and believed in us no matter what.
