We had the good fortune of connecting with Dr. Nick Hadinger and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Dr. Hadinger, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Patient success. Positive relationships with our clients and their satisfaction are the most important factors to the success of Streamline. Period. We don’t take it lightly when someone trusts us with their health. We have time to spend with each of our clients to nurture a trusting relationship and we can more readily address the root cause of their injury which leads to better results on a faster timeline. Many times patients are just thrown into a room, don’t know who they’re about to be seen by, get seen for a few minutes and passed off to an aid to do the same exercises they could be doing at home and mailed a bill for an unknown amount months later…that sounds more like a manufacturing line than a relationship. And the typical “PT didn’t work for me” answer tends to come from experiences like this. We wanted to create a new system in which our clients are the sole focus of each session and their time is not wasted. Clients should be heard and treated as individuals with individual needs and goals and their treatment should reflect that. By nurturing these relationships in this treatment model, our clients see results in nearly 50% less visits than the national average for most injury recoveries. Clients are happy, their time isn’t wasted and we’re happy to help them. It’s really a win-win.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Streamline Performance Physical Therapy was born after working for many years in traditional outpatient orthopedic and sports therapy settings and wanting to provide a more specialized service for athletes and active people. Within our model, patients get a more tailored experience and their time is never wasted. Streamline looks to provide clients with a level of care and teamwork around their injury that is not provided anywhere else in the Phoenix area and so far we’ve got the results to back that up.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
The thing I love most about the Phoenix area is the variety of different places there are and each area has their own vibe! Number 1 stop would be a morning workout at Team Forty Four. They have a great atmosphere with amazing coaches and have a culture that is unparalleled in most gyms. For breakfast we would need to hit Sip Coffee & Beer House for a breakfast burrito and cold brew! Next, we’d peruse uptown Phoenix hidden gems and stop into Joy Ride for some amazing tacos! Night time gets fun when cruising down Roosevelt in downtown and we would need to hit Arizona Wilderness Brewing before heading to Lucky’s for another cocktail. As far as daytime activities you cannot beat the scenic drive out to the Superstitions and hikes along the Salt River. Maybe a boat day at Saguaro Lake?!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
We would like to shoutout to Courtney Kelm of Full Circle Orthopedics for always being the extra line of defense for our clients and being so readily available when we need a 2nd set of eyes on something. Moxie Multisport is another group that has embraced us and welcomed us into their amazing team culture of people who are looking to better themselves. Mesa Aquatics Club has opened their arms to Streamline in ways that we couldn’t imagine! They have been so helpful in setting up swim meet sponsorship, team workshops and they provide the most fun swim workouts in town! And lastly, Gracie Barra Arcadia has been a fantastic group to work with and has a culture of determination and tough willed, resilient people.

If you have not read “The Go-Giver” by Bob Burg and John Mann, we highly recommend you do so. Providing value to people is at the heart of what we do and we’re so thankful for those who have provided that value for us in return.
