We had the good fortune of connecting with Eli Hall and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Eli, what do you attribute your success to?
Simplifying my process down to the sales journey and answering phones to ideal client and service offerings. Learning to say “no” when it does not fit our strategy.

What should our readers know about your business?
We automate many of our process to get consistency from start to finish. We stand out with this process by these practices alone; 1. Estimates sent within hour of contact from client 2. Emails go out the week before the service confirming the date weekly 3. Maintenance checklist gets emailed out upon completion of each service detailing work completed 4. We automate the billing process and have online portal to see all services and payments online 5. We offer 100% money-back guarantee with all our work 6. We have the most online reviews of any landscaper in Phoenix 7. Communication and responsiveness is second to none in our industry These items sound easy but they are our brand promise to our customers and this consistency is how we have been able to scale our growth combined with saying “no” to services or properties that are not a good fit for us. Over the years we have learned that when we say “yes” to things were are not a good fit for (even though we can do them) ends up hurting our reputation since we cant honor our brand promise.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would take them on several hiking trails including Squaw Peak & Camelback Mountain for some activity, Show them around Scottsdale and choose somewhere cool to eat like Oregano’s Italian food and maybe take them to some authentic Mexican food like El Bravo in Phoenix. I love going to bars in Old Town Scottsdale and Suns basketball games but because of Covid those options are currently out. Topgolf is super fun and if it is summer I would take them on my boat at Lake Pleasant. If there was time I would take a drive up to Sedona since it is surreal.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Entrepreneurs Organization Accelerator program changed my life. It introduced me to like minded business owners trying to be the best they can be through shared experiences and learning. I now read business and personal development books regularly and volunteer on the board of EO Arizona.
