We had the good fortune of connecting with Erica Albright and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Erica, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
Each business I am tied to whether as lead or part of a team is backed by a love for community. It’s that or nothing for me.
At Earthshyne Albright Productions we nurture the needs of others in the music industry, small biz, not for profit and families with our top priority to always look to create a win win scenario.
The not for profit I’m starting ~ Our Dreams Entwined ~ is based around these values – to help the young and old “kids” in all of us know where and how to gain the tools they need for healthy life, love and living with joy, through any hardship. Genuine Kind Support!
Le’MūS is a personalized and creative outlet with my partner in art and we use this venture for Leslie & Erica’s Memorable Useful /Unique Services – be it for the next small biz, not for profit, schools, families and musical community I do works through the above with.
Everything is about helping to bring out the best and do the best to be helpful and of service in every way possible. To fulfill our purpose, with purpose- that’s my motto:
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
A wise man once said “They’re not the best at what they do, they’re the only ones that do what they do” Bill Graham he was speaking about a band, a very large part of what’s lead me to these roads I am speaking about – all these amazing works I get to share with the world. Lessons learned- 1: Run your good idea before sharing it – 2: you gotta follow the energy- 3: acceptance & forgiveness
I’m not (we’re not) perfect – and we’re not rich with money – yet – but we are very much who we are – uniquely ourselves through and through – in such we allow others that space to be their most authentic selves as well. So we’re rich with the good stuff.
This is crucial to the process and the progress… I think there are many folks out there who hit that point in life where we just have to step into that creative space and power and let our hearts lead the way
. As a mom aka “master of multitasking” as the other Lead of Le’MūS so perfectly states, I feel the balance is the most challenging part of doing multiple projects and being full time moms as well –
for all the avenues we want to be engaged in balance is key as is communication.
We are doing so many things all at once, we always do our best to provide top notch customer service, we are very real People- we come to the plate with a lot to offer through so many different pathways. We stand to face the center of this incredible web filled with a wide range of creative outlets and services . Striving to bring healing and helpfulness, with a broad reach, a network across the states from all my travels and events.
Whether vending, booking, promoting, scheduling, producing an event , cooking, performing a wedding, providing healing offerings – there’s some form of service and it’s all about feeling good and letting our hearts be happy because we stand by what we’re doing with integrity great pride in each and everything we put out there. It’s an honor to be acknowledged and to be part of this interview, thank you so much!
I want the world to know Our Dreams Entwined is all about helping this exact style of being –
This is for everyone out there reading this –
show up for yourself, show everyone around you they too can trust their intuition, glow up their creative ideas and make a big difference each day in the lives of others – that’s the richest living there is. Follow you hearts and dreams at every turn – choose happy. We can do anything we set our minds to. I have come though many many rough roads in my days and I am Blessed and grateful to share my story.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
While I’m Arizona – If we’re going to check out my favorite places
starting off – we would hit Berry Divine for a delicious Açaí soft serve bowl, over to Crystal Magic for – some magic 😉, a walk to make a prayer and offering at the Peace Park Buddhist stupa and any of the hikes in yavapai county. always respecting the land and water is a requirement and must always be honored – leave no trace – show love.
Grab a wine tour of sedona trip – enjoy the views – meet ups at Ultimate Light Mission & SQC where you’ll find many interesting folks into exploring the energies. That could take a week in and of itself – never a dull moment! Sound Bites grill , Wildflower, too many good food places to list them all but we could eat something different each day! Lavish and low cost places to stay in the county always provide some majestic sights to see – one way or another.
When In Prescott check out downtown, AND the YC campus outdoors schedules (I’m an adult student there also )
for cool music & arts events. Just gotta poke around –
in Prescott Valley the community vendor market on Sunday! (I vend there when able)
Honestly Arizona is such an amazing state – you can’t get bored here. Enjoy it all! Plenty of adventure and goodness to explore. . Keep it clean – keep it kind and respectful. Protecting our Mother Earth is important – be mindful of the steps you take. You can go to all the surrounding areas and find beautiful spaces to play and swim, to do whatever your Heart desires.
I love enjoying the scenic aspects as well as the good food everywhere I go – talking photos and walks – loving living.
