We had the good fortune of connecting with Fina Haler and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Fina, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I was looking for something my son and the both of us could do to bring mindfulness, connection and more joy. I looked around for classes and events but did not see much, at least in my area. The idea of creating this space for us and other people came up and I got to planning right away.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Luna Studio is here to help bring connection, mindfulness and more joy to families, especially kids. We want to help them see that it is ok to feel whatever emotion they feel, it is ok to be unique and different, it is ok to go at their own pace. We offer a variety of classes that will teach them about emotions, connection and other mindful practices.

Our focus is also on parent-child connection. We want to help them learn a variety of practices to keep good, loving communication and hopefully prevent them from disconnecting from each other.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Downtown Gilbert is my top favorite, so many options for food and drinks.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’m so grateful for the instructors we have, for the love and support.
