We had the good fortune of connecting with Hummus xpress Hantas and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Hummus xpress, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
Taking risks is something I am used to. For it is all I have ever done! One risk that turned out great was moving to Arizona. I was a young man, knew no one here and I started all on my own. It was difficult at the time but looking back at that risk that I was so afraid to take, I would do it all over again. These choices I have made, as risky as they were at the time caused a great impact on my life and on me as a person. I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
We are able to Provide to our community a healthy and affordable meal especially for busy professional. If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would eat 1 Mexican meal at la Merced in Mesa. I would eat 1 Korean meal at Hodori in Mesa I would eat 1 vegan meal at either 24 carrots or the Coronado I would visit The East part of the state which have beautiful mountains like the dragoon mountains next to Wilcox or Mount Lemmon next to Tucson If you like scenic drives check out these 2 cities Summer Haven and Heber-Over Gaard
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
When first starting hummus xpress it was just an idea. I wanted to show my lebenese culture through exquisite food I never knew it would become this big. I would like to give a special thank you to my great family, for they are the ones who taught me how to cook since I was a boy and they always supported the dream.
