We had the good fortune of connecting with Jeffrey Waymire-Crone and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jeffrey, can you share the most important lesson you’ve learned over the course of your career?
My HVAC career has taught me to never stop learning. Early on in my career I learned from a lot of my mentors that nobody knows everything! With the ever changing technology, new methods of doing things, and the demand for energy efficiency there is always new things to learn, that is one of the many reasons I love this industry. I like to think that I carry that same mentality into my family and personal life, stay humble and always keep learning and adapting.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
We are a true family ran business that values and appreciates a genuine customer relationship. My wife keeps track of the schedule and recognizes job names to customers, even our 13 year old son can’t wait to start experiencing this industry. I take a lot of pride in pretty much every aspect of this business but the most important would probably be the name and logo. We don’t want to just build a service company but a brand that is recognized. I was never in the military but I believe the name and logo honor those that do and have served, that’s one of the reasons we offer 15% off across the board for all veterans and service members. Starting the company was not easy, but if it was, it wouldn’t have been as fulfilling. We overcame a lot of challenges by simply putting our heads down, jumping into situations and just working. It’s running a business, there’s always going to be challenges and risks. I believe that both of those are conquered by facing them head on and a lot of prayer.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Of course without the support of my family I wouldn’t be where I am now and God has truly blessed me with my abilities and experience to further grow this business
