We had the good fortune of connecting with Marilyn Poscic and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Marilyn, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
After losing my brother to aids in 1995 I began to wonder what happens after w “die”? Are we truly dead or is there another life after death. A few years later I began to see and hear messages from Angels and deceased love ones, not only for myself but for others as well. A friend encouraged me to help others by doing readings for them and to charge. At first I said NO but people began to contact me and needed spiritual guidance. I decided this was my true calling in life. That void in a career that not only made me feel fulfilled but help others as well through direction in life with messages from Angeles but closure and comfort from deceased love one. At first I only did this part time, but as the demand grew I quit my “day job” and decided to do this full time. I am now the author of 3 books and help others with my spiritual classes!

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am a psychic medium as well as a reiki master teacher. There are sooo very many of us out there. Some are great! Others just take your money and don’t look back. Unfortunately people like to spread more of the bad and negative than the good. I consider myself one of the great ones as I give people the information they need to hear, not what they want to hear. It has taken me many many years to trust the messages I receive and everyday, with every client I have learned to trust more and to have more faith of which I am very proud of as many times the messages don’t make sense to me but when I see that look of love and like in clients eyes I know the messages are real. I have come to learn when people keep saying no, it is because they are hearing the truth and many do not want the truth. They want only to hear what they want to hear. I have turned many down because of this. I have learned it is more important to me to save my energy rather than take their money!
No it has not been an easy journey. People are so very quick to judge you. I have faced much adversity but every time I thought about giving up someone calls and when I see that look of gratitude and comfort I know I cannot abandon the messages I receive. I would like people to know Angel are real. You don’t have to go to church to connect with Them. There is life after death as it is our physical body that dies, our soul or spirit remains alive through love!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Arizona is such a fun state with many attractions like Sedona, the Grand Canyon however my first love is the ocean. I love the ocean in California and Washington State. As far as eating anywhere with good seafood and steak. A few years ago I went with a friend of mine on a 30 day road trip. Spent most of the time by the ocean and mountains in Washington state. On the way home we took back roads through Idaho and Utah and it was so fun checking out “mom and pop” motels and restaurants. I would do that again with a friend!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
The Holistic Chamber of Commence was where I began to thrive. Reading books by Doreen Virtue as well as taking her classes, James van Praagh books and classes and books by Sylvia Browne
