We had the good fortune of connecting with Nina Elaine and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Nina, how does your business help the community?

The past few years, more than ever before, have reminded us of the value of human connection and empathy. When we experience major life changes, it can be difficult to fully show up for our families, friends, or community, much less the world. These life events create an environment of internal chaos and prevent leaders from serving effectively. Unfortunately, the negative effects are felt on all levels of organizations, communities, and families.
The mission of Awakened Legacy is to inspire executives to transform their life, ignite their purpose and awaken their legacy. Our vision is to reimagine leadership- creating a global community of philanthropy, integrity, and compassion. When we lead from the heart, the ripple effect will be felt for generations to come.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?

At Awakened Legacy, we take a servant leadership approach. While traditional leadership is focused on power and control, servant leadership focuses on the opportunity to serve.
In our mastermind community, we guide clients through a process of deep inner transformation to discover their soul’s mission. Then, we embark on the legacy-building experience of a lifetime. Together, we journey to developing countries and build schools for the local children. Over the course of this trip, deep bonds are formed, hearts are expanded, and lives are changed forever.
We’re deeply honored to usher in a new wave of conscious, courageous, and heart-centered leaders all around the globe.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend was visiting, I would definitely take her to Abundant Space up in Scottsdale for a heart-centered event. Then we’d stop at Cafe Lalibela for some amazing Ethiopian food. On the weekend we’d stop by Old Town Scottsdale and experience the vibrant nightlife. Of course, no trip to Arizona is complete without visiting Sedona! While we’re there, I’d take her to my favorite Indian restaurant- Mradaa Cuisine of India.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to dedicate my shoutout to the Awakened Legacy community. This collective of brave men & women leads their families and organizations with intention & deep integrity.
