We had the good fortune of connecting with Ricky Raschillo and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ricky, every day, we about how much execution matters, but we think ideas matter as well. How did you come up with the idea for your business?
It started as a joke with a food truck with me and some of my chefs at my James beard member restaurant.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I took my food from fien dinning and turned street food and fast with a fine dinning standard. It was hard test marketing it thru my trucks and other brick and motors to get it to this point and its almost perfect

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would start with a Friday night casual at Goldie, Then have a great Saturday at Henry and complete the weekend up in cave creek at local johnnys and a ride in my Can Am in the Tonto forest and then finally Sunday night some Pizza at Grimaldis

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My wifeKarrie she help me bring this concept to life and all my other ideas
