Hidden Warrior stands out in the wellness industry due to Grant’s unique approach, which integrates various modalities such as yoga, qi gong, strength training, and functional movement. Grant doesn’t just teach yoga poses; he educates people about their bodies, drawing from this diverse toolkit to help them understand and trust their physical capabilities. Unlike traditional yoga studios, Grant’s classes blend elements from different disciplines, offering students a comprehensive understanding of movement and anatomy.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
During my friend’s week-long visit to Cyprus, I’d ensure they experience the island’s highlights. We’d begin with a day of relaxation at Fig Tree Bay, followed by cultural exploration at ancient sites like Kourion and traditional villages such as Omodos. Adventurous excursions await in the Akamas Peninsula, while city exploration in Limassol and sampling Cyprus’s vibrant nightlife would round out the experience. Throughout the week, we’d indulge in delicious Cypriot cuisine at local tavernas and enjoy moments of relaxation and wellness at spa resorts, all against the backdrop of Cyprus’s stunning beaches, rich cultural spots, and delightful restaurants.
