We had the good fortune of connecting with Tracy Lynn Wallace and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Tracy Lynn, how does your business help the community?
When I began my coaching career 10 years ago, I did not realize the impact it would have on my own life by healing traumas and old unconscious programming for myself as well as my teen and adult children. As I have been on my journey of awakening to self-love and forgiveness, it has opened my eyes to the emotional trauma of fear, shame, loneliness, and aggression that surrounds us in the world, especially as a result of COVID, political issues, and racial injustices.
Over the last few years, I have realized that my mission and purpose is more than just individual coaching and more as collective healing that I am meant to share through my meditations, books, and workshops which have been created through my own personal experiences.
My goal is to help as many people as I can be able to identify deeper hidden emotions which keep them perpetuating painful emotional cycles so that they can live a life of freedom, happiness, and success.
As a Self-Love Mentor it is my mission to help others see their worth, value, and the infinite power within them to make changes regardless of their past or what they have experienced in their life.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am Self-Love Mentor/ Life Coach who has been on my own journey of Self-Love and Forgiveness to get me and my business where I am today. Through my own personal experience of navigating the waters of healing from emotional and physical childhood trauma, I have been able to write several books from completely experiential viewpoints. Understanding how the unconscious programming that we adopt from a very early age drives us in all areas of our life, I have been able to identify and dismantle the sabotaging belief systems which kept me from having a life of happiness, peace, love, and freedom.
The journey I have been on has been rewarding yet uncomfortable full of dismantling illusions, facing painful beliefs, identifying great losses, and discovering new and liberating truths. It is because of these experiences, I can support others in tapping into what lay beneath the conscious mind around worthlessness, lack, and self destructive behaviors.
Self love and Forgiveness are the catalysts for breaking free from old trauma, victimhood, and suffering.
My most recent book ready for publishing is on Forgiveness. The book “Forgiveness The New F-Word” has been my soul child as I had to forgive someone and for years it felt impossible. This powerful book provides tools, support, and guidelines for anyone who is carrying anger and resentments towards any person, situation, institution, or organization which has caused them harm in any way. It has taken me 4 years to write this book as I wrote it parallel to my own process of forgiving and I know that it will help so many release themselves from the bondage of not wanting to or not being able to forgive.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I have been in Scottsdale for the last 28 years and have raised my three kids here. I love the winters here especially for the beautiful golf courses and greenbelts around town including the one that starts at 90th St and Shea and extends all the way to Tempe. A great path for a bike ride, run, or roller skate. My all time favorite spot is the top of Camelback Mountain because after a rigorous clime, you get to enjoy the breathtaking surrounding views of our spectacular city. Afterwards, enjoying another great view from the steakhouse at the Phoenician Resort. If you are looking for a Spa Day, the Joya Spa at the Montelucia has the most tranquil environment and high end services.
My ideal day trip is to Sedona. There is no place more powerful and energetically charged than driving through the town of Sedona admiring the beautiful red rock landmarks, checking out the Vortexes, perusing the unique gift and crystal shops .My daughters and I are a big fan of the White Light Crystal Store where you can get any type of crystal that exists. After a great massage at NAMTI Spa or an energy healing at Peace Place Reiki Center, head over to Red Rock crossing to sit along the river and take in nature to get grounded with Mother Earth. If you are looking for a memorable meal and experience, Mariposa or any of Lisa Dahl’s restaurants are a guaranteed hot spot.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
There are so many people who have been a part of my journey and success. I am especially grateful for my 3 kids who have been the catalyst for me continuing to do the work that I do. They have helped me see how suseptable young people are to the environment surrounding them as well as external situations such as the news, COVID, injustices and the emotional impact these scenarios can have on emotionally developing human beings. This inspired me even more to create awareness and provide healing to those who have not had an emotionally solid support system. They continued to encourage me to write and share the tools that I have provided to them.
I also want to give special recognition to my husband who was the driving force behind publishing my first book “FORGET WHAT YOU THINK YOU KNOW”. He has been a big part of my journey in facing my own wounds and practicing the true meaning of forgiveness and unconditional love. We have been on a lifelong journey together to heal respective wounds from our past, support each other, and share our love and encouragement with others.
