Meet Roxana Vidal | Artist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Roxana Vidal and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Roxana, why did you pursue a creative career?
Imagining, visualizing and materializing something that does not exist and making it real is a very gratifying and powerful feeling. It gives me hope as well as a way to channel my emotions. Servicing others, creating memories of their loved ones, hearing their stories, visualizing their ideas gives a meaning and purpose to my life.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My artistic spirit thrives on versatility and exploration. I find excitement and inspiration in the very act of creation itself. As an empath, painting has been my sanctuary, a powerful outlet through which I channel my emotions and connect with others. My repertoire includes various subjects, my focus lies primarily on capturing the essence of the human spirit through oil portraits. Continuously evolving, I have recently begun incorporating diverse materials, such as plaster and other elements, to lend the art piece mesmerizing 3D details. This immersive exploration serves as a wellspring of motivation and inspiration, propelling me forward on a relentless quest for personal growth. I believe the challenges I face in the artistic field are with in myself. It has been a journey embarking into the lives of others, imaginatively exploring their experiences through my creative process. My ultimate aspiration is to manifest my visions and ideas into tangible form, breathing life into my artistic visions and offering glimpses of my innermost thoughts to share with the world.
