We had the good fortune of connecting with Tatiana and Justice and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tatiana and Justice, have you ever found yourself in a spot where you had to decide whether to give up or keep going? How did you make the choice?
To know whether to give up or keep going always circles back to your “why” or reasoning for wanting to do that thing in the first place. If you aren’t fulfilling your why or the overall experience is no longer exciting or brings any joy can be a clear indication that things either need to come to a stop or reevaluated.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Words&Wine is a podcast created by two lifelong friends that thrive at the intersection of self development and creative expression. Our goal is to share our diverse experiences while providing as much value and awareness to our community of listeners. Every journey you take on especially something new that you haven’t been to involved in never comes easy and will have its challenges.

The beauty about challenges is that you can use it as fuel to gain better results and learn how to move through those moments instead of fearing of failure. That was a hard lesson we had to learn quickly. At the end of the day, this thing called life is never easy just like creating something of your own so do what you love the lessons are much sweeter.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
1. Brunch at Maple and Ash because there’s no brunch place where you get more drunk than there.

2. Hang out on Wednesday night at Poetic Soul in downtown Phoenix

3. Dinner at Mama Por Dios since it’s a new trendy restaurant in the valley that is perfect in terms of aesthetic, food/drink quality and service.

4. Last but not least a game night at the house

5. We did say last but not least but would also plan a quick day trip to Sedona as the red rocks are a must see!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
We would like to first shout out each other because this podcast venture was a duo effort and without each of us it wouldn’t be what is it today. Secondly, our entire support team which is a collective group of people ranging from family members and close friends. Most importantly our very loyal fans who tune in every single episode and comment on every single post. So SHOUT OUT to that group for contributing to our growth and for sticking with us through the different changes we have made. WE LOVE YALL!
