We had the good fortune of connecting with Tejpal Spring and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Tejpal, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
As my work focuses on helping others to find their true purpose and blossom; these are my major factors: 1- Being authentic and clear
2- Being compassionate without being a pleaser
3- Keeping learning and growing
4- Loving what I do
5- Being part of multiple communities that nourish you
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Many people are in the field of healing, personal growth, spirituality, intuition and yoga. I don’t compare myself with anyone, I don’t necessary follow any particular marketing strategies, and I don’t sell. I do what makes sense to me and my clients are touched by my depth, my integrity and my insights. The day I stop learning while teaching, healing or coaching clients will be the day I stop working. I also don’t have a plan. I am a visionary and I have learned to trust that my gifts are more than enough to be successful.
Shifting from being an executive in the corporate world to being an entrepreneur was difficult as I had to learn the American culture (french born). The financial part was the most challenging at the beginning.
I have joyfully created enough abondance in my life to create a life balance. My last book published this year: “Way To Be- 40 Insights and Transformative Practices in the Heart of Being” , has been a joy to write with my friend Shari Gootter and to promote at Miraval Resort and Spa in Tucson AZ.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend was visiting…. We would go to Bion Crossfit at 5:30 am in the morning, hike in Sabino or Mt Lemmon and play golf and bike.
We also would go to Arizona Theater Company down town and watch modern dance performances with the University of Arizona. We would find places to watch the sun set and go to Tubac for a day. We would do yoga at Yoga4allTucson and most of the time eat at home. At time we may have a quick bite at Sauce.
The other part would be to be with my friends, and do art together.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Many people If I had to pick one….
Barbara Brennan for her books and her healing school: Barbara Brennan Healing Sciences. The depth, precision, and thoroughness of the teachings has helped me healed old wounds, enhance my intuitive skills and set great foundations for the work I am doing today.
