We had the good fortune of connecting with Tiana Soto and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tiana, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
One of the most beautiful things about our business Free to Be is that it truly does help people all over the world in so many different ways. At the very foundation of our business is water, Electrolyzed Reduced Water (ERW). We distribute in-home machines that produce ERW right from the tap water coming out of your sink’s faucet.

Electrolyzed reduced water is a game-changer for your health. It provides superior hydration, at a level you’ve never felt before – thanks to the water’s microclustering, oxidation reduction potential, and alkalinity. After we started drinking this water, a lot changed for us in the best way. So, we wanted to share that with our community to aid in improving their health as well! And with people these days paying more attention to their health and wellness now more than ever, we knew we could really help.

This device that makes ERW is extremely eco-friendly too! It makes 7 different kinds of water, all at different ph levels, that can be used for a variety of things. Because of that, you legitimately never have to purchase specific goods again. You’ll never have to purchase water bottles, cleaning products, and certain beauty products ever again. There’s so much less waste.

And not only does our business help the world by being green, but it also creates so much job opportunity. For anyone who wants to have the freedom that a home-based business provides, you’ll have the opportunity to join our wellness team. The company that manufactures our ERW systems has been around for 40+ years and there’s endless support from a large community of passionate experts all over the world.

When Zander and I realized just how much we could help our community by launching Free To Be, we had to take the leap. And here we are!

What should our readers know about your business?
Our business Free to Be helps to provide people with financial, time, and physical freedom all through the power of water. At the core of FTB is powerful, in-home water technology that improves our quality of life. What sets us apart from others is that we live and breathe our brand – and that’s because it’s based on our own personal lifestyle. And we’re just so excited to share that with everyone since it’s made our lives so much better.

We got to where we are today because we were willing to take a leap of faith and welcome change. Both from a health aspect and a career aspect. We finally decided to let fear go for the sake of the future we have envisioned for ourselves. And no, it hasn’t at all been easy. There are many long nights for sure. Any obstacles or challenges that come our way, we overcome by keeping the big picture in mind – helping others while helping ourselves!

One of the biggest lessons we’ve learned so far is to just keep going. When you start a business, doubt will surely creep in. Fear will surely creep in. You’ll have slower months or tons of haters coming at you. You just have to block it out, have faith, and stay the course.

If there’s one thing we want the world to know about our brand, or our story, it’s that we are all free to be whoever we want or do whatever we want. At the end of the day, it just comes down to the choices we make.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
One of our favorite spots of all time is Fate Brewery in South Scottsdale. We absolutely love their Sow Sweet pizza and crispy tater tots! Usually any sour beer they have on draft, or their Candy Bar Milk Stout beer, is a go-to for us too. So that would definitely be the destination for good food and chill vibes. We’d for sure hit up El Dorado Park and rollerblade/bike along the path if the weather permits. It’s beautiful there, and we’re total park people. We love Tempe Beach Park too. Riding Birds there is always a blast.

We’re actually members at a local social club called Archipelago in central Phoenix and they’re always having fun events, classes, mixers, etc., so we’d most likely hit up some kind of mindfulness or social engagement there too! Everyone who’s a part of this community is so incredibly friendly, welcoming, and caring. It’s definitely a breath of fresh air.

Getting some pasta from Fellow Osteria or Saint Pasta would also be a must.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Definitely my dad, Ling Soto! He’s the one that initially inroduced us to Electrolyzed reduced Water and believed in us enough to start Free to Be. He’s given us SO much support throughout the entire process and really is the expert that’s helping to guide us.
