I have always encouraged my children to follow their passion. Nothing is impossible. I have shown by example that following your heart brings about opportunities. My children have witnessed that hard work and dedication equals results and success. If your plans do not go as expected, it’s OK to be flexible and change your course of action. The most important thing I’ve done as a parent that has significantly impacted my kids would be making sure we(my husband and I) are continually getting them into the outdoors and in turn, new experiences.
