I pursued an artistic career for three reasons. The first is the opportunity to constantly grow and morph with trends and new techniques, my job is a constant learning process and there is always room to be better. Second, in a world where everything is becoming automated, I do feel a pretty strong sense of security that my line of work and artistry is something that AI and robots are going to have a ridiculously hard time replicating. Plus, nobody wants to stick their finger in a robot when you could opt for a nail artist, who definitely will not malfunction and possibly chop off your finger.
