We had the good fortune of connecting with Tania Cadiche and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tania, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor for me is consistency. Anyone can start a business but it take time, and consistency. Constantly promoting your brand with or without the support of others. You have to be willing to put in the extra work and extra effort.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I started modeling and acting when I was 15 years old . I have always had a passion for fashion. i decided to start my business TC Collection because instead of modeling with others , I figured I could model for my own brand. I market, manage, and model everything. I truly believe that as long as you put in the work and never give up you will gain success. I was also on a show called supermarket steakout on food network season 4 episode 11. As I grow my brand I hope to continue to prosper in my acting career. I have a bachelor degree in law as well. I am just all over the place . I keep myself busy and motivated.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would take them to flavors of Louisiana , the food there is amazing, they have creole style plates . I am Haitian and Cuban so I love ethic food, it’s what I grew up on.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would love to dedicate this shoutout to all the beautiful black women that are reaching for the stars. You can accomplish anything you put your mind to , there are no limits .
