Meet Brynda Felix | Executive chef & owner

We had the good fortune of connecting with Brynda Felix and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Brynda, what role has risk played in your life or career?
Taking risks in the culinary field has allowed me to challenge societal norms and stereotypes. I have had to prove myself time and time again, but each time I step out of my comfort zone and take a chance, I am rewarded with new opportunities and experiences. By embracing risk-taking and pushing boundaries, I have been able to carve out a space for myself in a competitive industry and pursue my dreams of creating innovative and delicious dishes. It takes courage to break through barriers and defy expectations, but the satisfaction of realizing my culinary ambitions makes every risk worth it.
