Hi Allyson, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
My daily drive helps me be successful. I develop a plan with goals that allow me to stay in course. I always try to celebrate the wins in my head, by congratulating myself. This helps me stay engaged and motivated!

What should our readers know about your business?
I love my Mary Kay business because it allows me to make other women feel beautiful in their own skin. It gives me the opportunity to meet new women while sharing with my current crew. Nothing in life is easy, you have to make time for what you want. Success does not happen overnight. I have learned that never giving up is the only option to long-term success.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I absolutely love the beach. The beach is my place to relax and unwind. We would hit mission boardwalk for a day of fun while enjoying drinks on the beach. We would grab a bite at Luigis (best pizza ever), bottle of wine and hit the room for a movie.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Ereca M definitely deserves a shoutout! This woman keeps me motivated and engaged by pushing me stay the course. She runs along with me, just to keep me going. She reminds me the hurdles are life lessons and nothing more. She is a sister to me and I am so thankful.
