We had the good fortune of connecting with Jahnee Hudson and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jahnee, alright, let’s jump in with a deep one – what’s you’re definition for success?
Success. In the description of this word, may may define it differently then other people. Yes, i sell things, but ultimately my goal is to educate. I’m very interested in educating my generation on financial literacy, spiritualism, & herbalism. Success for me is when i know im impacting people deeper then their skin. I want to enhance souls, change lives.
What should our readers know about your business?
I am the owner/founder of Hippiehustlasshop LLC, We are a skin care brand that specializes in herbalism and spiritualism. Honesty, this is my 3rd try at this business. This 3rd time was truly the charm, I stayed on top of my game, my marketing and made customer satisfaction my priority, and honesty, structure worked for me. The journey was not easy, i made plenty of mistakes, i never made much money, which discouraged me. I expected my business to just take off, not truly understanding how business works. The biggest lesson i learned was marketing, never let up, it doesnt matter who’s watching, because someone is. I want the world to know that my brand is personal. My growth is personal, I want to make history with the products and service i provide.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My children. I had no drive, no motivation, no sense. I only wanted to live life & be free. At 19, I had twins… TWINS. I went from having no children, to having two. I was a single mom, making $11/hr & living with family. I started with making lip glosses and sugar scrubs, and it oly went up from there.
