We had the good fortune of connecting with Jessica and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jessica, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I have been in the insurance industry for over 22 years. After being in the corporate insurance world for 15 years I realized I could do this better. I knew we could provide an offering of services that were unparalleled in the insurance industry while making the atmosphere for the employees somewhere they wanted to come to work at.

Please tell us more about your business. How did you get to where you are today business-wise. Was it easy? If not, how did you overcome the challenges? What are the lessons you’ve learned along the way. What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story?
This road has not been easy; at the time a single mom of a 4 year old, six and a half years ago I decided to start Infinity Insurance Partners. I took All my retirement savings I had in my 401k and made that leap of faith. Just me, my daughter and the computer. There have been days through out the years where I didn’t know if we would make payroll or I had to let someone go because they weren’t a good fit. It was always devastating but it had to be done. I have learned that involving Current employees in the interview process is key. I want our community to know that we have created a place of amazing employee culture that in turn has developed a support staff that provides excellent service to our clients that we as a team are proud of.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
So Many! Los Dos Molinos Uptown for amazing New Mexican Food Don’t Forget Central that has an array of great restaurants like Windsor and Joyride Taco Golfing at Troon A staycation at the Hyatt in Gainey Ranch checking out the Phoenix Zoo or Out of Africa Museum of Music So much to do!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Oh My! So many people have helped and encouraged me along the way. If I had space it would take me a whole page to list them out. My parents supported my decision and the sleepless nights . Yes those are real.
