A huge part of success is being personable and relatable. With my role as a personal trainer I never want to come off like I know everything or like I am perfect. I too am on my own journey and have had my ups and downs. It’s important for my clients to know that I have been in their shoes. I make sure to come off in a way where my clients can confide in me, trust me and all around just be comfortable. They are in a very vulnerable position and it already took so much for them to come to me at their lowest.
