I think we all have moments where we think we are destined for more. We know that taking risks can yield positive results, however, there are different kinds of risks and one must determine if they are comfortable taking more conservative calculated risks, or if one is willing to put more on the line. When I think about taking risks, I try to leave any doubts behind. I don’t let others occupy any space that creates doubt and I focus on the outcome I am looking for. It is my desire to continue to lead FSL as it finds ways to meet the growing demand for aging related health and housing service. I want to be known as a role model for active aging so making sure I am able to prioritize self-care will be important. Through my leadership, our organization will be known as the go to agency that provides services, navigation and advocacy for those who want to age with optimal physical, mental, spiritual and financial health and peace of mind. I’m a native of Arizona and went to Navajo grade school and Saguaro High School. I know the seasons of Arizona and raised my two children here. My first job was in retail at The Scottsdale Princess Resort and my first social hospitality job was at Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain in 2002.
