There are so many factors that can play a role in determining our results, performance and ultimately our success, but some factors matter more than others. We asked folks what they felt was the most important factor driving their success.

We are a community of like minded individuals who have been through hell and back, and support one another through all trials and tribulations in life. The most important factors behind my success and the success of my brand, M Designs by Mikayla, would be characterized by my purpose and passions in life. M Designs by Mikayla exists to produce modern calligraphy for weddings and events, create stickers, as well as make digital art. What started out as my high school hobby has grown to become one of my greatest passions! I realized and reflected on the experience I already had in banking/finance, title and mortgage lending for the previous 20 years plus and naturally gravitated towards Real Estate. I’m willing to work harder than my competition. Things other inspectors aren’t willing to, or cant do, I have found a way to do, or made it a point to do it. The most important factor for my success is resiliency and sticking with daily routines and habits. I have always firmly believed that true success stems from passion. A lot can be achieved in one’s work through staples like time management and consistency. However, I find if you are truly passionate about the work you are doing the results will be exponentially greater. This is what I attribute all of my success in life to; finding what I am good at, as well as what I am passionate about.
