I think what’s overlooked the most is the amount of effort and training that goes into being a skilled and sought after esthetician. A lot of people don’t really know the amount of hours, education and dedication that hides behind our hands. As an esthetician, I believe I can have a huge impact on a clients confidence and how they see themselves. I also believe it is my responsibility to educate them on healthy skincare habits that they can integrate into their everyday lives. Cutting decals is probably one of the things we do the least of. There are definitely days when it seems like we are cutting vinyl constantly, but there are way more days where we are just on the computer trying to respond to messages, get clarification before finishing designs, actually doing the design work, or even just trying to get just the right post ready for social media to try and get maximum reach with that post to potentially get more business.
